Eligibility:
1. Minors under 18 can enter but must present a birth certificate and be accompanied by a parent/guardian with valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) if selected as a winner.
2. Employees of the Kingston Bookshop and their family members are not permitted to enter the competition. (i.e. Wife, husband, mother, father and their children)

Redemption:
1. Each Prize given is to be documented and signed for receiving on redemption sheet provided.
2. Winners will be asked to take along with them a valid form of identification ie. passport, driver's license or national ID card to Kingston Bookshop Sales Department at 80 King Street, Kingston to collect their prizes.
3. By redeeming prize, entrants accept and agree to the official rules of the promotion.
4. Acceptance of prizes also gives Kingston Bookshop permission to use image and likeness for purposes without further compensation or right of approval unless prohibited by law.
5. By entering the contest, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages from Kingston Bookshop.
6. By entering the contest, entrants waive the right to make a claim to Kingston Bookshop for damages to electronic items given as prizes once prize is handed over.
7. All prizes must be claimed by September 30th 2025.
Kingston Bookshop will contact all winners by telephone and email commencing Tuesday, September 9, 2025. At least five attempts will be made within a ten (10) business day period. The telephone will be allowed to ring until voice mail connects and a message will be left with a return number. At the end of the ten days, if no response is received we will give each winner until September 30th to collect all prizes.
Unclaimed prizes will be retained by KIngston Bookshop Ltd.
